By accessing Stealth Strength Academy or purchasing any coaching services or digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.

2. Services Provided

Stealth Strength Academy provides mindset and lifestyle coaching, 1-on-1 video sessions, and digital guides (e.g., the 7-Day Bodyweight Strength Guide). All services are delivered electronically or via video conferencing platforms.

3. Coaching Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Coaching is not therapy, medical advice, or financial consulting. Hatem Soliman and Stealth Strength Academy are not licensed medical or mental health professionals. Our services are for educational and self-improvement purposes only. Always consult with a professional before starting any new physical exercise or making significant life changes.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Whop. By making a purchase, you agree to Whop's terms of service as well. Due to the nature of 1-on-1 coaching, refunds are generally not provided once a session has been conducted. Digital products (guides) are non-refundable.

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Sessions must be booked through the provided calendar system.
• Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice.
• Failure to show up for a scheduled session without notice may result in forfeiture of that session.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All information shared during coaching sessions is strictly confidential between you and Hatem Soliman, except where disclosure is required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Stealth Strength Academy and Hatem Soliman shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
